N°52 Chamomile Flowers

Chamomile has been used for centuries as a calming agent, it stimulates the appetite, improves digestion, heals inflammation of the stomach and intestines. Chamomile is even beneficial in treating rheumatism, headaches, muscle cramps, and pain. It is recommended to fight against allergies and clears the respiratory tract very well. Chamomile tea has been used with some success for delirium tremens suffered by alcoholics. It is also used to relax children before bedtime (sweetened with honey).
