Ceremonial Matcha (30 g) is the highest quality powdered green tea, originating from Uji in the Kyoto Prefecture in southern Japan. Matcha has been used for thousands of years by Buddhist monks who have found that consuming it daily helps in meditation - it increases awareness, improves concentration and restores peace of mind.
