A good topping, like our MACAFE topping, has practically no non-milk taste of its own and can therefore be compared to liquid milk in terms of taste. It has a skimmed milk powder content of 40% and is therefore the ideal supplement for your filter coffee or instant machine. Your chocolate will also get an excellent head of foam with this topping! Another advantage compared to liquid milk is the long shelf life - it is a year and longer. During topping production, milk is first pasteurized, then concentrated and finally gently spray-dried. The higher the quality of the topping, the more stable the foam produced - see for yourself!
