The black truffle, also called Tuber melanosporum or so-called Périgord black truffle. It is the jewel of French gastronomy, its black diamond. 80% of it comes from the South-East of France where we are located. Its production is random and the quantities available are limited, especially since the season runs from December to mid-March. TRUFFLE PRICES CHANGE EVERY WEEK With our local roots, we offer quality fresh truffles with a powerful, refined and complex taste. We select the best in terms of quality, freshness and know-how. Our truffles are sold brushed, knifed (with a small cut to check the maturity of the truffle), vacuum-packed in individual bags with 50 grams of truffles (truffles weighing less than 15 grams). We recommend around 15/20 grams of black truffles for 2 people to enhance your dishes.
