WHOLEMEAL FLOUR 750G

Wholemeal soft wheat flour obtained from a mixture of strong grains. Product rich in fiber. It is distinguished by a very intense and characteristic taste and aroma. It is recommended for wholemeal bread, pizza, focaccia and desserts. Wholemeal donut Ingredients for a 24/26cm mold: - 300g wholemeal flour - 4 eggs - 80g sugar - 250ml fresh cream - 15g yeast for sweets/baking Method: Combine eggs and sugar and whisk well with a whisk until the mixture is soft and frothy. Then add the cream with a spatula. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and gradually incorporate them into the mixture. If you like, add some spice or aroma (vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, lemon, orange). Grease and flour the mold, pour the mixture and bake in a static oven at 170° for about 40/50 minutes.
