Our great adventure began in 2007 when Frédéric, a local player in eating well, opened his artisanal charcuterie in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. Its expertise is based on its selection of ultra-local suppliers and its mastery of taste. Since then, 8 butchers and cooks have joined him behind the scenes to accompany him in his excellence. On the front of the stage: star products, incomparable flavors, from our plains, our fields, our orchards and our coast.
Our brigade, a real northern epicurean team, has been concerned for 15 years to always offer the best! We cook creative recipes with the following mission: to dust off the rustic image of Hauts-de-France local products.
