Wild Raspberry Cream - 20° - 70 cl

Wild Raspberry cream is the benchmark full of freshness and sweetness in our range of creams. 

Raspberries are everyone's most popular fruit, and their cream version is no exception. 

Soft, with an adjusted sweetness (20° alcohol), it will be perfect for your gourmet aperitifs!

 This cream is made by blending raspberry puree in neutral alcohol and our Raspberry brandy. 

It is then adjusted with a sugar syrup and reduced to the degree using Steige spring water, before cold filtration. Tasting notes: • Nose: as with brandy or liqueur, raspberry is very expressive on the nose • Mouth: the fruit melts in the mouth with a nice roundness, then adjusted with a little acidity from the seeds • Finish: very delicious, the sweetness reminds us of a good raspberry jam Usage tips : - In kir in a semi-dry white wine or a Crémant d’Alsace - In cocktails - In pastries (pies or cakes) - As a layer of ice cream balls
