Fennel, peppermint and marshmallow help aid digestion. Rhubarb, marshmallow and fennel promote good intestinal transit. INFUSION TIPS: Let the sachet infuse for 5 to 7 minutes in a cup of hot water. Note that 5 cups equals 0.6 g of rhubarb roots, 0.6 g of marshmallow leaves, 2.8 g of fennel seeds and 1 g of peppermint leaves.
