To start the massage, take the gua sha. 

Slide it over the face, exerting pressure on the knotted areas to release tension. 

Always start from the inside out, and from the bottom to the top. 

Then take the roller to continue the massage gently. 

Roll it over the entire face, repeating the same movements. 

After use, rinse it with clean water and soap.
