The Isfahan rose is an ancient rose variety derived from the Damascus rose. Its intoxicating flavor sublimates fruits (lychee, raspberry, pear, pistachio, almond…), creams (whipped cream, pastry, English, frangipane…) and pastries (macaroon, cabbage glaze, bavarois, tiramisu, semolina cake…). It also gently perfumes oriental dishes (eg: tagines, kefta, etc.). If you want to use it as an infusion, choose our whole Isfahan rosebuds.
