You can consume it throughout the day, as the Gauchos, guardians of the pampas plains, traditionally do. 🧉And to consume it traditionally, we advise you to taste it in a calabash (mate cup) with a bombilla (filter straw)! ⚡️Mate is an adaptogenic plant because it has an effect that is as stimulating as it is relaxing, and that’s what makes it so strong! 
We explain... Matein stimulates the central nervous system and also brings a state of relaxation by lowering blood pressure.
 As you will have understood, mate offers you its best version according to your needs.       How to taste? 🧉Infuse 1 teaspoon or tablespoon, for a calabash or a large mug, at 85° maximum for at least 5 minutes. 😋Infuse, taste, reinfuse up to 3 times!

For what ? 
Each of our 70g infusions contains around twenty doses that can be reinfused 2 to 3 times thanks to the large cup plants that we use! 
Once your mate is finished, add water (85° max) and enjoy a good infusion once again.
 95% of the active ingredients are released at the first infusion, by reinfusing, your infusion will always taste good!
