[BULK] "Espelette pepper" aperitif crackers with spent grains (3Kg)

Espelette pepper is one of the only spices produced in France from A to Z. It is a specific pepper grown exclusively in the Basque country. Thus, it is protected by a PDO (protected designation of origin). Very aromatic but slightly spicy (4 on the Scoville scale) it is usually placed at the same level as pepper. Ouro crackers with spent grains and Espelette pepper are quite spicy and will delight lovers of pepper while being accessible to the most reluctant! They will go perfectly with fresh cheese or guacamole. Store away from heat and humidity. Date of minimum durability: 4-5 months
