Produced, harvested and dried using conventional methods passed through generations, our golden Turkish figs from Aydin are naturally dried under the Aegean sun until they reach the perfect sweetness. Soil-type, climate and cultivation methods unique to the region give Aydin figs their large shape, soft, thin texture and honey-sweet taste. Store in a cool and dry place.
