WHOLEMEAL tubes

Tubetti are part of the short pasta family, they are recommended for the preparation of legume soups, such as beans or lentils or for broth soups. 
In southern Italy they are particularly used for "beans and mussels", but also excellent with light tomato and basil sauces.
 For the wholemeal tubes, only organic wholemeal semolina is used, a product rich in fiber and highly digestible.
