After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our penne rigate are handcrafted by extrusion in a bronze mold and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). Our penne pasta cook quickly (6 to 8 minutes). On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually.
