Organic Touchon carrot

As essential for the vegetable garden as for an aperitif, the carrot is rich in vitamin C. The very firm flesh of the “Touchon” variety is recognized for its exceptional taste. Eaten raw or cooked, it goes wonderfully with raw vegetables, but also with meats and vegetables. In the vegetable garden, it goes perfectly with tomatoes, radishes and onions which protect it from certain parasites.
