Iberian acorn-fed ham cut up and vacuum packed in 80g sachets. Cut with a knife, with a juicy and unctuous texture and a long and intense aroma, with hints of wild acorn. From Iberian pigs selected and raised in oak and cork oak forests and fed only on grass and acorns. The drying and curing of our hams in the Sierra Extremadura strictly complies with the canons established by tradition.
