Triarc pizza- & tapas board in Premium oak 42x40

RISVIG Triarc pizza & tapas board is designed so that you can easily take the pizza directly from the oven and serve it on the dining table. The board has an oblique edge so that you can easily get under the pizza and make sure that the ready-baked pizza does not break when you lift it from the eg pizza stone. We have also chosen to create the concept in certified FSC European oak, which has good antibacterial properties, and which ensures the product durability. Maintenance: We recommend saturating the wood with a suitable oil to make the cutting board more resistant, e.g. grape oil which does not become rancid or odorless. Be aware that the wood will change color when you use soap or oil. Once you have used your board, wash it on both sides and let it dry upright to prevent it from cracking. Do not wash the board in the washing machine. Scratches can be removed using fine-grained sandpaper. Do not use coarser sandpaper than grain 150. Odors can be removed by sprinkling coarse salt on the board and then rubbing half a lemon around the board. Wash it afterwards with mild soap.
