Regañas are hard and very thin bread cakes, originally from Alcalá de Guadaíra in Seville, currently they are consumed almost daily throughout Andalusia. Its texture is very similar to that of the piquitos. They are usually served as an accompaniment to tapas, appetizers or simply on their own as a snack.
