This Jurançon comes from a blend of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng harvested by hand at the end of September. This wine expresses all the freshness and aromatic intensity of these two grape varieties of the appellation. A structured dry with aromatic and exuberant notes. Degree: 13.5% vol. Advice & Pairing: To be enjoyed between 10 and 12°C with Sushi, Caesar salad, goat cheese. A word from our oenologist: A yellow color with green highlights, and an intense nose with floral and fruity aromas: honeysuckle, jasmine, grapefruit, citrus. The palate has a rich and fresh attack, a liveliness that supports a very expressive fruity mid-palate then a fleshy finish.
