Roast: 6 out of 11 / Body: 6 out of 11 / Sweetness: 6 out of 11 / Fruitiness: 5 out of 11 Inside are 100% Arabica from Honduras (Catuai and Pacamara varieties) from families organized in the Combrifol cooperative, where they grow coffee of the highest quality. The plots of around 75 companies, a third of which are run by women, are located in western Honduras, in the mountains around the coffee town of Marcala/ La Paz. Like all our coffees, the Lazy Jack came across the Atlantic in an environmentally friendly and almost emission-free manner by cargo sailing ship. DE-ÖKO-037
