Truffle Tagliatelle - 250g

Our line of egg pasta is produced with selected durum wheat semolina, kneaded only with fresh eggs (20%).     Extruded in bronze and dried on wooden trays, the pasta is made in a small Italian workshop.   The manufacturing process allows us to obtain pasta with all the characteristics of the artisanal product, prepared according to tradition. The dough is kneaded slowly to ensure consistency, flavor and aroma characteristics.   Slow drying (from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.) and at low temperature guarantees a product which retains all its properties unchanged and which maintains humidity below 12%. You will have the feeling of eating fresh pasta made the same day!     For even more flavors, the dough has been enriched with pieces of summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.)2%.     Ideal for celebrating the passion of Valentine's Day!     Also available with porcini mushrooms and chili peppers.
