Risotto "Positano" con Zucchine e Pomodoro, risotto italiano pronto da cuocere con condimento - 3 porzioni

Tiberino's ready to cook risotto with zucchini is inspired to Positano, where everything makes you fall in love, the landscape, the aromas and the flavors. Made with just premium Italian rice, zucchini, onion and 100% ingredients, this creamy risotto will be ready in 16/18 minutes. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 16/18 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 650 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 16 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: cook like a classic risotto adding the water a little at a time. Add 6 shredded shrimp tails just before serving. WINE PAIRING: Light white wine.
