Spaghettata Calabrese is a typical condiment based on garlic, parsley, spicy chilli pepper and salt. The ideal solution for making a tasty first course in a very short time. Packaged in a practical glass jar to maintain its aroma for a long time. Uses in the kitchen Spaghetti is used to make typical Calabrian spaghetti or other pasta shapes, simple but rich in flavour. A quick dish to make: it is prepared while the pasta is cooking. Ideal for flavoring meat and fish dishes. An advice? Heat a couple of tablespoons of spaghetti in a pan with a drizzle of oil (measure to taste). After a few minutes, add a little pasta cooking water to make the mixture creamier.
