10 bourbon vanilla beans in a screw-top jar

You get 10 real bourbon vanilla pods, straight from Madagascar from our grandfather's farm, in gourmet quality. A pod of at least 14 cm weighs about three grams and is therefore a lot heavier than the pods that you are used to from the retail trade. The vanilla is very thick and has a lot of vanillin and a lot of pulp, but the scraped pod still gives off a lot of aroma and can be used in dishes or ground (#zerowaste). The pods originate from Antalaha in the SAVA region in Madagascar. That means you buy directly from the producer family. They come from our family's farm in Madagascar, were planted by small farmers using traditional agricultural cultivation methods and were produced and processed under fair conditions. This is also proven by our Fairtrade trading permit with the FLO-ID 44096.
