This amber-colored organic tasting beer has biscuity and slightly caramelized notes. In the mid-palate, there are intense aromas of hazelnuts, a nice balance and a very pleasant bitter finish followed by a good length. You will be seduced by its roundness and its light bitterness. This beer is brewed in accordance with the brewing tradition, in high fermentation and unpasteurized. This beer reveals fine bubbles as well as a light and airy foam. On the nose, we feel notes of intense malt, exotic fruits as well as a slight nuance of roasting. Alcohol content: 5.5%
