Château Clos Mignon Classic rosé 2019

This AOC Fronton rosé wine is round, fresh, ample and aromatic. Its crunchy and intense nose is dominated by fruit flavors such as strawberry, raspberry or cherry. Its mouth, well built, round and vinous perfectly confirms this aromatic side. This cuvée was rated 14.5/15 in "Le Point" in the special file "Summer wines" and also cited in the 2016 Hachette Wine Guide! It has a very colorful candy pink color. This rosé wine offers a lifted finish as well as a nice balance between freshness and fruit! It is a very popular rosé during grilling or barbecue with friends, with grilled fish or goat cheese. It is advisable to taste it as of today quite cool, between 8 and 10°C or to keep it only for 1 to 2 years. Alcohol content: 12.5%.
