Organic tagliatelle

These noodles are lovingly handcrafted in our pasta manufactory - from breaking the eggs to packaging the dried noodles. The individual strands of pasta are shortened by hand and carefully hung over wooden poles and allowed to rest for 48 hours at low temperatures. The durum wheat semolina and the eggs give a round and full taste. The air drying ensures that it is wonderfully preserved. Real holiday pasta that always tastes special - especially as an accompaniment to fish or a pesto Genovese! All ingredients from organic farming.
