Organic apricot kernel oil

Apricot kernel oil is obtained from the bitter kernels of ripe organically grown apricots. The oil content of the apricot kernel is around 35% of the weight. Apricot kernel oil has a fine taste of almond and persipan. The subtle scent is reminiscent of Christmas cookies. The color of the apricot kernel oil is almost transparent with a slight yellow tinge. Apricot kernel oil is particularly rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and is also considered a good companion in a healthy diet thanks to its accompanying botanicals and bitter substances.
