2018 Riesling semi-dry organic - Heinz Pfaffmann winery

It doesn't always have to be dust-dry - not even in the Palatinate. The wine is not stingy with its charms, convinces with a stimulating interplay of sweetness and acidity. The aromas are reminiscent of honeydew melon, ripe apricot and almond. The Riesling is ideal as a companion to Asian dishes, poultry or fish.
