At Aldabia, we defend local farm production, respectful of people, animals and the environment.
We are committed to the enhancement of our territory and the fair remuneration of its actors. We favor the short circuit and we apply the traditional methods of poultry farming in the Basque Country to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.
Our poultry are of rustic strains and of slow growth, raised at least 91 days in the open air on our farms in the Basque Country. They are fed non-GMO, mostly with grains grown on the farm. Attached to animal respect, we choose the most respectful breeding conditions for our poultry.
