BLACK OATMEAL STOUT BEER AGED IN RED PORT BARRELS FOR 4.5 MONTHS FOR A FINISH. The goal is to stay on the beer without getting dry or alcoholic aftertaste. Keep for 2 months in bottles. Three fermentations. The Totem loses in bitterness what it gains in roundness, complexity and length. There is a nice acidity brought by the Port, as well as notes of candied fruit.
