How to use INGREDIENTS: Mix of Rolls and Baguettes Protein: 500 g Yeast: 15g Water: 415 ml 30º PREPARATION: Put all the ingredients in the mixer/blender/bread machine. Knead on slow speed (6 minutes) and fast speed (10 minutes). Once we finish kneading, the dough should have a temperature of 26º to 32º. Divide into portions (the weight depends on the shape we give the bread): Rolls 50 g, Baguettes 110 g. Shape, put on the tray to be baked and cover with film. Leave to ferment for 45 minutes in a warm place, near the oven. Baking: Preheat to 230º, put the bread to bake and lower the temperature to 200º (temperatures are approximate, each kitchen oven is different). Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool and we can enjoy a delicious low-carb, high-protein bread.
