Knead on slow speed (6 minutes) and fast speed (10 minutes). Once we finish kneading, the dough should have a temperature of 26ºC to 32ºC. Give a rectangular shape, put in the mold that we are going to use and place the dough covered with film. Leave to ferment for 45 minutes in a warm place, near the oven. Baking: preheat oven to 230ºC, put the bread to bake and lower the temperature to 200ºC (temperatures are approximate). Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy a delicious low-carb, high-protein sandwich bread.
