Colomba artisanal white beer - 33cl

Traditionally brewed with a mixture of barley malt and wheat malt, Colomba finds its unique flavor by infusing a preparation of herbs and spices in the hop tank. Low-fermented, Colomba is an exception in the category of white beers usually brewed in high fermentation. Unfiltered, Colomba presents a natural cloudiness due to the presence of yeasts: a deposit can also form in the bottom of the bottle, typical of white craft beers.
