Fried mushroom-shaped aubergines

Fried mushroom-shaped aubergines – 580 ml. Classic recipe from Campania cuisine, so called due to the way in which the aubergines are cut. 

A ready-made recipe, just to be heated and enjoyed, both with pasta and as a side dish but also on pizza or to fill a sandwich. Ingredients: eggplant; tomato puree; datterino tomato; sunflower oil; extra virgin olive oil; whole sea salt; basil; garlic. Without preservatives and colorants.
