HAZELNUT OIL

We make our hazelnut oil with fruit directly from our orchards in the south west of France. Rich in flavors, it reveals its gourmet fragrance as soon as it is opened. This oil is the ideal and tasty gourmet touch to enhance your dishes. It can be used on your cold dishes such as salads, carpaccio... but it also goes perfectly with pasta or in cooking oil on meat or fish. Hazelnut oil is also a perfect substitute for butter for baking and goes wonderfully with chocolate. Store in a cool place away from light.
