Grilled aubergines with extra virgin olive oil, rustic traditional flavour

The grilled coconut food aubergines are prepared using fresh raw materials, seasoned with seed oil and extra virgin olive oil from our lands and processed in an artisanal way. We use fresh products from our territory, 100% made in Italy.    As soon as the aubergines are harvested, they are brought to the company and are immediately processed, following the typical recipes of our grandmothers.    Cut into fillets, they are kept for a few hours in water and vinegar and then grilled on lava stone. Finally, the grilled aubergines are enriched with typical spices of our territory and with extra virgin olive oil.      In the kitchen: excellent as an appetizer, side dish or to enrich sandwiches or focaccias.
