Chocolate Mocha (60%)

This collaboration bar of chocolate is made from the finest Nicaraguan cacao beans and single estate coffee from Brazil. We have hand sorted the beans and stone ground the nibs for 24 hours. Sweetened with evaporated coconut nectar and creamed it with fine Scottish Oat milk powder. These Oats are naturally gluten free. The coffee is soured and roasted by Ritual Coffee in Tewkesbury. Ingredients: Cacao beans, Evaporated coconut nectar, Scottish Oats, ground coffee beans and cacao butter.
