For our African seasoning mix we use sea salt, fennel, pepper, coriander, garlic, onions, cinnamon, aniseed, ginger, cumin, cloves, chilies and allspice. Our African BBQ Rub is very versatile for seasoning and marinating meat, fish and vegetables. Our tip: also delicious mixed with cream cheese as a spicy dip.
