Discovery - Imperial Stout Barrel Aged

French beer brewed in Cognac (16) Imperial Stout Barrel Aged 10% Alc./Vol.
 Available in 33cl can.     For our first Imperial Stout, we wanted to pay homage to our terroir with a finish in Spirits barrels.     Thanks to the valuable advice of Tonnellerie Navarre, we selected 3 different styles of barrels: obviously an old Cognac barrel, Speyside Whiskey barrels and Islay peated Whiskey barrels (Ex Laphroaig).     The tasting begins with roasted aromas, with notes of intense coffee and chocolate. The power of the peat takes over to lead to a delicious finish. The mix of three spirits brings a lot of complexity to the beer.  Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger!     As with all our beers, a QR code offers a playlist, each beer has its own style.
