Iberico Morcón Sliced

The Morcón Ibérico Lonchas is a very particular sausage whose preparation is very similar to chorizo. The meat that we have selected to make this piece is of excellent quality and we have obtained it mainly from the animal's shoulder. We make our Morcón Ibérico with the large intestine instead of the animal's small intestine and requires special mincing, which is done little by little by hand. On this occasion we have sliced it and it comes ready to serve.
