Sliced Acorn-fed Iberico Salami

The Sliced Acorn-fed Iberico Salchichón comes from parts of Iberian pigs raised and fed exclusively with acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremadura. These pigs are raised under free grazing regimes in the large tracts of land in the Dehesa Extremadura, and are fed with acorns from the montanera season. The Dehesa Extremeña produces quality acorns and, thanks to its large extensions, allows the pigs to move freely and feed in a perfect climate for their development.
