DUCK RILLETTE 150G

Unlike pâté, rillette is a traditional charcuterie made from leftover meats from the work of fatty ducks. When the Landaises had cooked the duck breasts, thighs and sleeves in duck fat, they put the trimmings of cuts, the skins, the small bones of the neck, the wings in a saucepan and left everything to simmer for a long time. They then seasoned the meats and chopped them to obtain a smooth paste, potted, then sterilized. All our preserves are made with fresh products and meat from France, in our small artisanal cannery located in Les Landes. The rillettes are ideal for your charcuterie platters, for your picnics, simply spread on good bread ... If you are on trend, you can eat them with oysters, or let them melt in your soup .... The + of the product: to consume in a vegetable soup to replace the crème fraîche, that's the best!
