Discover our typical Apulian cicatelli pugliesi! They are handcrafted in Serracapriola. They are traditionally shaped with three fingers - the index, middle and ring fingers, giving them a unique shape. These short pastas are made with just two ingredients: Serracapriola durum wheat semolina and water, niente di più! These pastas reflect our culture and our way of cooking, offering authentic flavors and a unique taste. Thanks to their folded leaf shape, these short and rough pastas hold sauces and olive oil well. They are therefore perfect for dishes with sauces (ragù, tomato sauces, pesto, etc.)  The Amicis family has been making its artisanal pasta from durum wheat from the Gargano natural park since 1980 in Serracapriola (Italy). They offer a real artisanal pasta, produced with stone-hulled wheat semolina, drawn in bronze then dried at 26° using a traditional method: slow, horizontally and at low temperature. +Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to your pasta just before serving to intensify the flavors!
