PRECOKED RICE CREAM (400 gr)

Rice cream is a very fine whole-grain rice flour pre-cooked by steam to make it more digestible and assimilable for the body. 

It is used to thicken sauces and soups and to make creamy porridge for children. Naturally gluten-free, rice is the most digestible cereal. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes to obtain a soft and creamy mixture, take 5 to 7 minutes if intended for children.
