Petritegi Monovarietal Cider ALAI

Alai means happy and defines this single-varietal Txalaka apple cider, citrus and fresh. -INGREDIENTS: 100% native apples of the Txalaka variety collected in September in two selected plots of the Miñegi (Astigarraga) and Agote-Txiki (Askizu, Getaria) hamlets, both assigned to the Euskal Sagardoa - Cider of the Basque Country Denomination of Origin. -CHARACTERISTICS: Txalaka is a yellowish-green apple, acidic and with a lot of juice.  We wanted to capture in this cider its essence and our joy in sharing with you a product as special and unique as Alai. -TASTING NOTES: View.  Yellow color with green tones and elegant presence.
 Smell.  Marked aromas of white fruit, such as apple and pear.
 Taste.  Acidity and freshness that produce a pleasant fruity sensation, like the joy of biting into a sour apple in the Petritegi apple orchard. -SERVICE: Serve at a temperature between 10oC and 13oC.  Shake lightly before opening and pour into glass. -ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Alcoholic volume: 6% vol.
