Gin

Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic plants in grain alcohol from the lands of France. Addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brandies from Burgundy. 3 months minimum rest in stainless steel vats. Steam distillation. Rich and nuanced nose, juniper enhanced by spices, ginger and lemongrass, then a pleasant bouquet of wine notes. On the palate, SAB's Le Gin offers an attack of botanical, fresh and fruity aromas with a hint of spice. Nice roundness and length in the mouth. The wine nobility of SAB's Le Gin is expressed in pure tasting but also in cocktails or Gin and tonic. Each batch is vintage.
