Very old Marc de Bourgogne - 8 years of aging in ex-chardonnay barrels - Mezcal Cask Finish - 50 cl - 51% - Hand-applied wax cap in red color “Gueek Alert!” »Very old Marc de Bourgogne aged for 8 years in small Bourguignon ex-Chardonnay oak barrels.                                        Finished in Mezcal barrel.                                        Cask strength.                                        Very limited edition.                                        Hand numbered bottles.                                        Steam distillation.                                        Hand-applied wax headdress.     Marc is the new Mezcal.                                        The nose is deliciously complex.                                        The nuts and then the grapes are carried by the beautiful smoke specific to this very specific spirit: Mezcal.                                        The palate is rich with a hint of olive and macadamia.                                        A touch of fleur de sel then gives way to a long finish of smoky spices and a fresh, peppery touch.
