SILLON is a brand of high-end and natural jars, made by chef David Goetz. By using natural products, in an Environmental benevolence with a Short and Responsible Sector.
The recipes are prepared, cooked and packaged according to processes that we have specially developed to express all the flavors and preserve all the nutritional qualities of the ingredients.
Our recipes are generous and tasty. They have the authentic taste of the terroirs from here and elsewhere with, in addition, the touch of creativity that makes all their originality.
Why Furrow?
When choosing the name which is not an easy task, we wanted a powerful identity close to the land and our farmers. A name that implies long and straight work. So Sillon, we came up with the idea.
Like a furrow of earth, always straight in our values, each recipe being unique like when we turn the earth.

It is David GOETZ, a former Chef and grocer who has put all his know-how into the creation and production of recipes to give a facelift to the canner profession with both classic and original recipes, always with a twist in the spices.
